Company Policy.

All Clients must understand and adhere to the following polices and rules. These policies and rules have been established to allow an enjoyable experience for all our guests.

 

All sales are final. There are no refunds. Exchanges are at the discretion of Clouded Visuals, LLC. Effective October 01, 2021, all services under $500.00 must be paid in full, unless Client utilizes installment pay via third party (Sezzle). Payments for appointments must be scheduled through the website. CashApp is not an acceptable form of payment for any services. All Clients provide Clouded Visuals, LLC. permission to use photos for marketing purposes. All clients of Clouded Visuals, LLC. have permission to use their photos for personal and printing use. We provide Photo Media Release to all clients.

 

All reschedules require a 48-hour notice. Clients are only allowed to reschedule once, free of charge. Any reschedules under 48 hours will be subject to a 50% charge. Any no-shows will be charged in full. Clients must arrive on time. Clients are given a 15-minute grace period. The photo shoot begins exactly fifteen (15) minutes after the appointed time. Wardrobe changes are not recommended for photo shoots under one (1) hour.
